Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases made through the Lisa Squishy Shop. Checkout remains closed until payment and shipping configuration is complete.
Products
Lisa Squishy products are slow-rising collectibles and are not edible. Small differences in color, finish or appearance can occur between screens, photography and physical production.
Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued. We may contact a customer if order information is incomplete or requires verification.
Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in USD and include consumption tax collected by Lisa Squishy where applicable. Import tax, customs duties and destination-country charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping and replacements
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Quality problems and incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Replacements Policy.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or copy product visuals and brand materials for commercial use.
Brand and intellectual property
Lisa Squishy names, characters, illustrations, product designs, logos, text and photography are protected brand materials. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the shop for personal purchasing.
Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
